The worst McDonald's I've ever been in. They close at 11:00 I got there at 10:40. The cashier started bitching to a loud mouth local sitting in there. Because I came in. Then they started locking the doors. The local was yelling to his friend the cook in the back trying to find out what food they had left. The local got his food for free . I was still standing there waiting on my salad.if it was my franchise they would all be fired. Except for the young girl that was sweeping the floors. And wiping tables and counters. She was the only one courteous and doing a good job. Un freaking real.
Super-unhappy cashier; told 3 times NO CHEESE but received burger with cheese; forgot fries ... VERY POORLY OPERATED McDonald's! Ugh.
They had an unexpected surge of customers when I was there and it was slow but they apologized and gave me a coupon for 2 free combos. Food is usually served fresh, staff is friendly and usually efficient ( a lot of teenagers work here so they are still learning how to work and high turnover occasionally causes problem)
It was cold and I needed a warm coffee. It was right off the interstate....so convenient. The coffee wasn't the greatest but I'm not a fan of McDonalds processed junk! Will drive 20+ miles before giving in to convenience.
Not sure what was going on, but this was the slowest McDonalds I've ever been to! We were actually able to have people in our group walk across the street to another place, order, pay, and get the food and still got back before we even got to the window to pay. If we stop here travelling this way again, we'll certainly make sure we have 30 min to spare before stopping!
