Great service. Bank really outs people first. They also have some amazing products.
Apparently they're not going to do nothing about it and I didn't expect them to I called to let them know that the ATM machine ripped me off $20. I travel a lot I do not bank with Citizens First and I swing in there and draw out my rent money which was $503 didn't have no other cash on me drove straight home to Russellville gave it to my landlord watched he counted it out it was $20 short. I honestly didn't expect Citizens first to do nothing about it why should they the receipt says $503 ATM machine ripped me off $20 just beware of the atm
