I am giving this branch a 1 star for their lack of care to their clients. I went to make my account positive and placed more money so as to not have a zero balance. I went to use my card it did not work, so I call them up and I get "Oh ,yeah your card is frozen for 30 days and after 30 days you have to apply for a new one." My only question is why was I not told this earlier when I was in there. If I had known this at the time of bringing it to a positive balance I would have never placed my money over a zero dollar balance. So the bank wasted my time , betrayed my trust. When I went in there to withdraw, all I was given was blank stares... they do not care whether or not your inconvenienced or not as long as they are sitting in their chair and have a job. I used to like banking here, now I'm not so sure.
Hopefully they can get their stuff together and disclose their clients properly. I disclose people all day whether they want to hear it or not... surely they can muster to find one for this...
